CAP Industries offers a range of pump controllers and pump control systems - both off-the-shelf and custom-built. The iCON pump controller is our newest, most exciting pump controller with versions available for pressure control, level control and variable speed control applications.

Pressure Control - Variable Speed

iCON VSD Controller 

  • Constant pressure with variable speed control
  • Operates with ABB and Danfoss VSD's

Custom-built Pump Controllers

CAP Industries’ custom-built pump controllers are designed to meet the most demanding requirements. Our success is based on our ‘total system’ understanding and a flexible design approach which ensures our systems:

  • operate with existing electrical or communication systems
  • can be easily incorporated into existing pumps and manifold design
  • can be supplied as part of a packaged pump set or sold separately

Each system is supplied complete with operating instructions, drawings and a guide to system operation.
